This Travelers Rest home got a serious upgrade - top to bottom. We put on a full new roof using Owens Corning Duration shingles in Brownwood, and the results speak for themselves. That warm brown tone complements the brick exterior perfectly, and the coverage across the entire roofline is clean and tight.

The underlayment phase is where a lot of contractors cut corners - and you can see we don't. The mid-project shot shows the full deck covered in high-quality synthetic underlayment, with ice and water protection laid in at the critical areas. That's the layer most homeowners never think about, but it's what stands between your home and serious water damage when the weather turns. We take that part just as seriously as the shingles on top.

The backyard got just as much attention. A new metal-roofed gazebo sits poolside on a wood deck, enclosed by a clean block retaining wall and black iron fencing. It's a setup that makes you actually want to use the outdoor space - shade when you need it, open-air feel when you don't. The whole area feels intentional and finished.

When we take on a project like this, we're thinking about the whole property - not just the job order. A new roof protects your investment. An upgraded outdoor space adds to it. This homeowner got both, and the end result is a home that looks and functions better in every way.
