After finding wind and hail damage, they stuck with us through the time it took to settle with our insurance by providing tarps to cover the leaks and replacing them as needed and was ready to replace the roof as soon as we gave the okay. Billy was great and Tim was knowledgeable, following up on every detail to our satisfaction. We would recommend them to anyone needing roof services.

I can't say enough glowing words about this experience. Trinity worked directly with my State Farm claims agent and presented my case that I needed an entire roof replaced after the hurricane. They took so much stress and worry off my shoulders by handling this with professionalism and grace. Then when it came time to actually replace the roof, they kept me informed what the next steps were going to be, and the entire roof was replaced in just 1 day! Including cleanup - it was one of the most incredible experiences I have ever had with regard to doing work on my home. I would recommend them to anyone that is in need of a roof, estimate, assessment, etc. They do a fantastic job, sit down and explain everything & are generally kind and considerate. I rarely give reviews but this company deserves what they earned!!

Great experience all around. Was working with another contractor and they were unable to get the insurance company to approve. Tim was able to get the insurance company to approve with almost no involvement of us. Roof looks great.

Tim@ TRC was professional and knowledgeable. He worked with our adjuster and was able to get our roof done in a timely manner. We were able to choose the roof shingles we wanted and schedule our replacement. The crew that installed the roof were experts at their job and cleaned up nicely. TRC replaced our roof in June 2024. Crew finished their work in one day despite the weather being over ninety degrees! They did a great job and the roof looks great. The only problem we had was at the rear of our patio where water would get into our soffit and stream down our patio screen. We made them aware of the problem and they promised to take care of it. Took three tries but they figured it out. Water was bypassing new gutter and getting behind it into the soffit. Once they figured it out, the problem was gone. Not sure if it was a roof issue or more likely a spouting issue, but in any event, they kept their promise and took care of the problem to our satisfaction. I would recommend their company if you are considering a roof replacement. They were especially helpful in working with our insurance company to navigate all the steps that needed to be done.
How awesome it is to go into 2025 with a new roof. My mom and I had both been struggling with our insurance companies. We had a hailstorm last year. Trees down on houses all around. Over 100 wind damaged shingles. My insurance company would only “repair” it. I went through 3 companies that either said there was no bother because of my insurance carrier, they couldn’t warranty that much work, or they ghosted😂. Then came Hurricane Helene. Even more damage, missing ridge cap, still same story with my insurance. Like, what am I paying yall for?? TRC-Roofs sent Tim by, and the rest was history. He literally battled with BOTH of our insurance companies. Over 10 different reps/Supervisors. Now, we have both been approved and rebuilt💪🏽💪🏽 So, if ever need a roof, I 100% recommend them!! Thanks Tim

The team were all fantastic to work with. They were up front about the process and costs and held true to that throughout the new roof project. They even identified some rotten deck boards and replaced them for us just to help us out. Their communication through it all was top notch and they were ready at any moment for questions I had. I would highly recommend using Trinity Restoration and Contracting!

The experience we had with TRC and especially Tim Graveline was unbelievable! Tim fought very hard with our insurance company that did not want to pay for the full replacement of our roof. His persistence and professionalism in working with our insurance resulted in a full replacement of our roof. He even got them to paint our entire garage as a result of water damage. HIGHLY RECOMMEND TRC for all of your roofing needs. The crew was outstanding and Tim was there every step of the way, providing assistance and support. Without his expertise and his ability to work with our insurance company, the results would have been much different. Thanks so much Tim.
