"We used Trinity Restoration and Contracting /Roofing (TRC), the sales manager was Tim, to replace our damaged roof and they did an amazing job. They worked with our insurance carrier (SF) that tried to deny the claim. After they got the insurance to finally approve, they then worked with us on some roofing material upgrades we wanted. They quoted a fair price that we confirmed/compared against. Day of installation was smooth. A large, 2 story roof they were able to finish in a single day. Two months later, after snow and rain with no issues, no leaks, and the roof looks wonderful. We would recommend TRC (and sales manager: Tim) to anyone seeking a quality roof installation at a fair price."

"I can't say enough glowing words about this experience. Trinity worked directly with my State Farm claims agent and presented my case that I needed an entire roof replaced after the hurricane. They took so much stress and worry off my shoulders by handling this with professionalism and grace. Then when it came time to actually replace the roof, they kept me informed what the next steps were going to be, and the entire roof was replaced in just 1 day! Including cleanup - it was one of the most incredible experiences I have ever had with regard to doing work on my home. "TRC replaced our roof in June 2024. Crew finished their work in one day despite the weather being over ninety degrees! They did a great job and the roof looks great. The only problem we had was at the rear of our patio where water would get into our soffit and stream down our patio screen. We made them aware of the problem and they promised to take care of it. Took three tries but they figured it out. Water was bypassing new gutter and getting behind it into the soffit. Once they figured it out, the problem was gone. Not sure if it was a roof issue or more likely a spouting issue, but in any event, they kept their promise and took care of the problem to our satisfaction. I would recommend their company if you are considering a roof replacement. They were especially helpful in working with our insurance company to navigate all the steps that needed to be done."

"How awesome it is to go into 2025 with a new roof. My mom and I had both been struggling with our insurance companies. We had a hailstorm last year. Trees down on houses all around. Over 100 wind damaged shingles. My insurance company would only “repair” it. I went through 3 companies that either said there was no bother because of my insurance carrier, they couldn’t warranty that much work, or they ghosted😂. Then came Hurricane Helene. Even more damage, missing ridge cap, still same story with my insurance. Like, what am I paying yall for?? TRC-Roofs sent Tim by, and the rest was history. He literally battled with BOTH of our insurance companies. Over 10 different reps/Supervisors. Now, we have both been approved and rebuilt💪🏽💪🏽 So, if ever need a roof, I 100% recommend them!!
